Accounts and sign-in

Use the account that originally created the project. If you sign in with Google, recover access through Google. The account page shows your current account and credit balance.

Projects and generation

Open the project to review its current stage, task status and completed shots. Read any failure message before retrying; submitting again still requires quote confirmation.

Keep the project name, affected shot identifiers, time and error message when recording a problem. An unfinished draft is not an exported video.

Payments and credits

After returning from Stripe, check the payment status on the purchase page and then review your balance. Check an unconfirmed payment before starting another purchase.

Useful records include the purchase time, pack name and order information. Do not provide full card details or sign-in verification codes.

Check your permissions before uploading songs, lyrics or character references. The privacy page explains how material and account information are handled; the terms cover generation, credits and publication.
