Refund Policy

Last updated:

This Refund Policy applies to credit purchases and paid services on TunSee. It does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

1. Seller

The seller is Wanderwhim Inc, a Wyoming C corporation (C-Corp), with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Please send refund requests to support@tunsee.com.

2. Refund requests

Contact us if you believe you were charged twice, charged incorrectly or did not receive the credits or paid service you purchased. Requests involving unused credits will be reviewed based on the order, usage and applicable law.

Credits already used and services already delivered are generally not refundable unless there is a billing error or applicable law requires otherwise. A refund is not automatically guaranteed because a generated result does not match your personal preferences.

3. Failed or canceled generation

Canceling a generation request does not automatically cancel a completed credit purchase. Charges and credit returns for failed or canceled tasks depend on the work completed and the final task outcome. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us so we can review it.

A return of credits to your account is separate from a monetary refund to your payment method.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@tunsee.com with your account email, order reference, purchase date and the reason for your request. For a service issue, include the relevant project details. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment card details. We may request additional information needed to verify the purchase and assess your request.

5. Refund processing

We will notify you of the outcome after reviewing your request. Approved monetary refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank. Credits associated with a refunded purchase will be removed or adjusted to reflect the refund.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes any mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective or undelivered services. Where applicable law provides a right to withdraw from a digital purchase, any limitation of that right is subject to the consent and other requirements of that law.
