Your account and creative work

Framebeat provides music video tools that you operate. You select the material, confirm the creative direction and review results. Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in method. Minors should obtain a guardian's permission before using paid services.

Rights to your material

You need permission to use uploaded or imported songs, recordings, lyrics, images and other material. Another person's face, voice, name or likeness also requires consent appropriate to your intended use. A publicly accessible song link does not provide a license.

You keep the rights you already hold in your material. By submitting it for creative work, you permit Framebeat to store, process and pass relevant content to necessary providers to carry out your requests. Framebeat does not grant licenses to third-party music or material.

Results and publication

Generated content may differ from your expectations and is not guaranteed to be unique. Check the words, performance, sound, lip movements, transitions and full duration before using or publishing a result.

Buying credits does not replace permission to use music, likenesses or other third-party material. Check the rights needed for commercial use or public distribution and the applicable provider terms.

Credits and generation quotes

Current credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. The purchase page shows each pack's amount, credits and currency. Stripe processes payment.

You see the credit cost before confirming a generation. Regeneration after an edit is a new request with a new quote. Keep successful shots and select the parts you want to make again.

Cancellation, failures and refunds

A cancellation request may take time to resolve work already in progress. Credits charged or returned after completion, failure or cancellation follow the final task status and account records.

Canceling a generation does not automatically reverse a completed credit purchase. Payment refunds and balance adjustments follow the outcome verified by the payment provider. If refunded credits have been used, future credits of the same type may first offset the adjustment.

Use the service responsibly

Do not infringe copyright, privacy or likeness rights, or create and distribute illegal, exploitative, fraudulent, harassing or impersonating content. Do not bypass account permissions, abuse generation requests or interfere with other people's use of the service.

Other services and availability

Sign-in, payments, storage, music analysis and generation may rely on other providers and their terms, material requirements and availability. Follow the status shown in the product and keep copies of source files and finished work you need.

Changes and help

Features and instructions may change as the product develops. New generation requests use the features and quote shown at the time. See the contact and help page for account, project and payment questions. These explanations do not exclude mandatory rights under applicable law.
