Your account

Your sign-in provider supplies information needed to identify your account, such as an identifier, name and email address. Framebeat uses it to maintain your session, associate projects with you, and display your account and credit balance. Keep your sign-in method secure.

Material you bring

Songs, lyrics, images, references, creative directions, storyboards and generated results are used to complete your requests and remain available in your project for further work. Task and credit records support progress recovery, failure handling and billing checks.

Only submit material you may use. Obtain appropriate consent for another person's face, voice or personal information, and avoid including sensitive information unrelated to your creative work.

Analysis and generation providers

The audio or excerpts, images, lyrics and directions needed for a requested feature are sent to the relevant music-analysis or generation provider. Hosting, storage and sign-in services also process information needed to operate the service. Each provider's own terms and privacy policy may apply.

Providers may process information outside your country. Consider the personal information in your material and the permissions you hold before submitting it.

Payments and credits

Credit purchases take place through Stripe's checkout page, where you enter your payment details. Framebeat uses order identifiers, payment status and credit records to confirm purchases, show balances and apply adjustments after refunds.

Project access and downloads

Projects are associated with the signed-in account, and access to projects and downloads is checked against account permissions. Saving a project does not automatically publish it in a public gallery.

You control copies downloaded to your device and files or download links you pass to others. Sign out after using a shared device.

Browser storage

Cookies and local storage support sign-in, language preferences, temporary edits and recovery during a purchase. Clearing them may sign you out or remove unsaved work. Your browser settings let you manage cookies and local storage.

Visit and purchase analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and credit purchases, which may use analytics cookies and browser identifiers. Analytics includes page categories, packs, payment status, transaction identifiers and amounts, but excludes email addresses, names, creative content, project names and sign-in or payment session credentials. URL query parameters and fragments are not sent as analytics parameters, and ad personalization is disabled. Google may process this data in other countries.

Keeping and managing your work

Account, project, media and activity records support saved work, ongoing tasks and account queries. Payment and credit records also support accounting checks. Download your own copies of finished work you need to retain.

Review your account and balance on the account page, and change creative inputs in your projects. Clearing browser data does not delete saved cloud projects or payment records.

Questions and updates

The contact and help page explains how to check account, project and payment issues. Account-specific information requires ownership checks. Do not post sign-in credentials, full payment details or private material publicly.
